The MACC Management Team is delighted to announce the beginning of a new chapter—guided by deep respect for a rich musical tradition and the commitment to continue sharing an international musical culture with the world together with the Berlin Symphony Orchestra.
The Berlin Symphony Orchestra looks back on a history spanning more than 70 years, an anniversary that will be celebrated in 2027. For decades, it has shaped the city’s cultural life and has been closely associated with the Berlin Philharmonic Hall, where its concerts are regularly held at the highest artistic level.
For many years, outstanding musicians have performed here as soloists and conductors in successful collaboration with members of the Berlin and Vienna Philharmonic orchestras. This extraordinary ensemble project brings together, in a unique way, experienced top musicians with young, up-and-coming talents in a single orchestra.
For MACC Management, it is both a special honor and a responsibility to be able to support, strengthen, and further develop this established musical institution in the future. Our shared goals include the long-term strengthening of the orchestra’s artistic presence, international tours, and high-quality CD productions to showcase the orchestra’s exceptional musical quality worldwide.
